You won't need to call any ghost hunters either.....since this timid and vaporous little one is more apt to scare herself.....and not your guests!

Enchanted Productions Valentine Doll Creations on Ebay...

Ahhhhh....Valentine's Day is just around the corner and love is in the air....but be warned! Valinda Von Vixen is on the prowl and I believe she is looking for yet, another gullible sweetheart!

Village rumor has it that her mystical love spells are potent and that she collects sweethearts the way you or I might collect buttons or bits of thread. It's also said that, once her innocent, would-be suitor gazes upon her face....they are forever ensnared in her web of enchantment.

Mesmerized and unable to escape, she then weaves a magical spell, which turns her poor darling into.....(believe it or not).....a toad. Now I'm not sure if I believe all of that tall tale.....but I must say......I have noticed a vast amount of toads in and around Valinda's cottage lately!

Well, we all know the Devil wears Prada.....but who knew he wore polka dots and carried a relish fork too!

Johnny says "the taste of love is sweet".......so maybe he's talking about sweet gherkins. That would explain the relish fork.

I'd like you to meet Devin, the L'il Devil.

Just click on their pics to go see their auctions on ebay.

Valinda Von Vixen ends Sunday evening January 16th at 9:30pm EST-6:30pm PDT.

Devin the Lil' Devil ends this Tuesday January 18th at 9:30pm EST-6:30pm PDT.

Pyewacket the Black Cat Witch....Enchanted Productions by Joyce Stahl

A long time ago

I belonged to a cat

Her name was Pyewacket

And that was that

She captured my heart

Cause she was ever so sweet

Although the look in her eyes said,

"I just ate your parakeet"

Her eyes were bright gold

And she was as black as the night

And when she sat by the fishbowl

She gave the goldfish a fright

Then somewhere in time

We had to part ways

But I will never forget

Those magical black cat days

We hope you will stop by eBay and see Joyce's latest creation! The details on her dress are absolutely amazing!

A black cat witch named Pyewacket who ends next Sunday evening April 25th at 9:30pm EST.

Just click on THIS LINK to go see her and make sure you add her to your watch list so she doesn't escape........ =o)

Newest Enchanted Production DOll by Joyce Stahl Listed on eBay!

This has to be my favorite photo shoot ever! As many of you know, and some may not, I take the pics for Joyce's dolls that we list on eBay under my shoppe ID Villagegiftshoppe. Joyce makes the dolls and writes up the descriptions.....and I take their pics and list her auctions and add the music to go along with her dolls. Mortimer has a very special song to go along with his auction that Joyce found. It's Always Look on the Bright Side of Life by Monty Python and it fits Mortimer perfectly as he is known as The Whistling Mortician.....*giggle*

Well, this past weekend we took her latest doll, Mortimer the Mortician, to the 4th St. cemetery in New Philadelphia, OH for a photo shoot. What better backdrops for a man of his profession?

We found this amazing monument with THE MOST gorgeous wreath of calla lilies and the hand in the center with the finger pointing up towards the heavens! Only problem was, Joyce is short and this monument was not.....LOL So she was stretched up on her tippy toes and doing her best impression of the Statue of Liberty so that I could get Mortimer and the wreath in the same shot! (Way to stretch JoycEE!)

This is one of the doors that was on one of the tiny mausoleums. It had a rusty grate covering the entrance but the door was open and you could see inside. It was so sad that the little windows had been boarded up where there were probably once little stained glass windows. I still don't understand how someone can vandalize a cemetery or gravestones? *sigh*

This little plot was surrounded by the most awesome rusty wrought iron fencing! The perfect backdrop for little Mortimer!

And here he is in front of the little house that we imagine the groundskeeper to this cemetery once lived in. We could see in the windows to the two small downstairs rooms where one had a fireplace.

It even had a steeple! We just loved the vintage architecture!

And this was the first stone that we happened to see as the perfect place to take Mortimer's first picture! And the way the shadows were cast in the background was perfect!

And for this amazing pic, we would like to thank our friend Sandy for doing her magic! We sent her this picture of the most amazing victorian hearse which ws taken by Spike Bakker and she inserted Mortimer into the pic. We were hoping to get his pic taken with one owned by a local funeral home but the funeral director "got busy" this weekend and we were unable to do it. SO......it ws Sam to the rescue!!! Thank you so much......you're THE BEST!!

Her Royal Highness is not only stunning in her Halloween finery and fashion, but has an added touch of creepiness here and there.......and I swear I heard her say "Let them eat candy corn!" one day.

Creamella's Form of Transportation.........

I had to show you what I do when I take Joyce's dolls back and forth from my house to take their pictures then take them back to the shoppe to be on display the week that they are listed on eBay.

This is a far cry from a witch's usual means of transportation.......*giggle* She pitched a little witchy fit when I told her that I wasn't moving until she buckled herself up.........hehehe!

And here's Creamella's auction link and her eBay auction pic....

We hope you'll stop by and take a peek at her this week. She ends this coming Sunday evening at 9:30 pm EDT-6:30pm PDT.
