First of all, I would like to thank my friend Christy Meyers of
Ccswhimsies for letting me use this gorgeous picture of one of her santa whimsies to make a banner for our Village Gift Shoppe's Christmas Open House. Isn't he absolutely the most gorgeous santa that you have ever seen???????????
(Click on the banner to the right to go see her santa whimsies on Pfatt Marketplace this month!)
We are so looking forward to this Christmas Open House! We give away over 20 door prizes at each open houses and most of them are handmade by our consignment artists! We have free refreshments to be served.......coffee, holiday punch and homemade christmas cookies too! YuMmY!!!
We have such a huge variety of items to help you check off all those names on your holiday shopping list! Everything from homemade candy to pieces of furniture made from old doors and windows! There is something for everyone here at VGS! People always tell us that they love the smell when they walk in the front door, but I think we've become immune to it since we can't smell it anymore! lol
We're also selling chances to win this gorgeous Ohio State Buckeyes picture! It has been signed by the artist and would retail for $160! Wouldn't this be the ultimate christmas gift for some Ohio State fan???? Make sure you stop in and buy a chance to win it today! We will draw the lucky winner's name on Monday, December 22nd and I will post a picture of the winner right here on this blog!
If any of you live close by, I sure do hope that you will stop in and pay us a visit! Or leave us a message here! We would love to hear from you!!
